Positive: The service was top notch! Check-in and out was easy. They held our luggage prior to check-in for a $3 fee. Other hotels do not charge, but I felt very comfortable leaving my luggage there. They made sure I knew the amenities and ensured my comfort. The location to the Bell Center was a block away and easy to walk to. I felt very safe in this part of town. We were on the 34th floor and had a beautiful view of the city. Happy hour food and non-alcoholic drinks were included. I would definitely stay again!
